Position Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasurable dining experience. Key responsibilities include guest interaction, management of operating standards for service, facility and equipment in the restaurant, while ensuring staffing and training of the service team. If you have experience in sales volume of at least $2 Million and have great knowledge of restaurant operations we would love to talk to you!

Responsibilities
* Schedule employees to meet labor budgets
* Assist with staffing, training and development
* Assist with financial analysis and forecasting
* Guest interaction

Requirements
* At least 2 years experience as a salaried manager
* Experience in sales volume of at least $2 million
* Ability to work at more than one unit for positions in large cities
* Ability to maintain and increase sales
* Proven track record of building positive relationships with guests, employees, and vendors
* Demonstrated ability to train and develop hourly employees
