Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience as salaried Executive Chef from scratch-made kitchen operations with a corporate menu
- No more than 3 jobs in 7 years
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with vendors and associates
- Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls and quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to train and motivate kitchen staff

- Direct kitchen operations
- Management of food deliveries and checking for accuracy

- Ensure the best quality products and service is given to guests
- Maintenance of kitchen equipment and appliances
