The concept is simple - prepare great tasting Cajun cuisine made from scratch with the freshest ingredients available, and serve our guests in a quick, friendly, and comfortable environment. Our philosophy has always been to keep a close eye on the quality of our food, while ensuring that our guests are always taken care of - ALWAYS!
This is not your average limited dining. If there is a such thing as upscale limited dining, this is it!
Management Criteria:
Must have scratch-made kitchen experience somewhere in recent history
Candidates must have full-Service, casual dining background
NO DUIs in the last 3 years
Salary: AM - $40-55k base plus monthly bonus. Bonus is usually 10% of salary.
Quality of Life:
50 hour work week
2 consecutive days off
1 weekend off a month
