Responsibilities
* Assist in overall operations of the restaurant
* Assist in hiring, training, and coaching employees
* Schedule employees to meet labor budgets and cover shifts
* Assist with financial analysis and forecasting


Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years salaried management experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Proficient math skills
* Experience in team coaching and training
* Positive Can Do attitude
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* Demonstrated commitment to quality and passion for providing exceptional service
