We are currently searching for experienced managers for multiple Assistant and General Manager positions in the Rochester Hills area with a fast casual company. This position will be responsible for leading their teams and management staff. With a new direction and leadership on board growth will be available to top performers who are successful at making an impact at the unit level. Team development as well as control of all costs and good P&L management will be critical.

Interviews are currently being scheduled for this position. Interviews will be conducted with qualified candidates who have the experience and knowledge which is required for the position.

* 2+ years experience as a Quick Service Manager
* Ability to delegate and follow up effectively
* Knowledge of cost controls
* Knowledge of P&L management
* Excellent trainer
* Team selection and talent management skills
